The Legault and Trudeau Firm was created in 1974 and incorporated in 2008 under the name Legault Trudeau Arpenteurs-géomètres Inc. and for more than 40 years now, it has offered its customers and future partners, the territory development knowledge while providing integrated and customized solutions to reflect their needs. Having participated in the development of several cities such as Vaudreuil- Dorion, Ile-Perrot, Ile-Bizard, Varennes, to name just a few, we have acquired over time a registry containing more than 100,000 files representing more than 150,000 documents. In addition, the firm holds several registries from other land surveyors.

In addition, to better serve you, Legault Trudeau Arpenteurs-géomètres Inc.. has selected more than 50 highly qualified employees in the region, who will be sure to foster a climate of trust with each partner providing them with their skills and expertise.Furthermore, in 2016, in order to extend its reach, the company invited Jeansonne Arpenteur-géomètre Inc., and land surveyor Alain Sansoucy to join the Legault Trudeau Inc. group. Our team

  • Pascal Beaulieu, President
    Pascal Beaulieu, President Land Surveyor, MCSE +

    Mr. Pascal Beaulieu obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences (Geomatics) in 1998 and began his career at the Moulin, Gamache & Associés Firm . As IT Director and special project manager, he developed a great deal of expertise in technologies such as GPS, road surveying and DTM, as well as doing the verification for the office surveyors.

    n In1999, a telecommunications company, LOOK Communications Inc., recruited Mr. Beaulieu to set up a high-speed wireless Internet system in MMDS frequencies. From 2002 to 2006, he was in charge of national facilities and service for all internet and digital TV customers.

    IIn 2001, he obtained an MCSE + certification (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and in the following years, he worked on various video and internet projects for, among others, Université Laval

    In 2008, he joined Legault et Trudeau arpenteurs-géomètres Inc.. to act as Director of Geomatics and IT. In September 2009, he became a member of the Quebec Land Surveyors Order. He is now shareholder and president of the firm and heads the company which continues to grow in many regions of the province of Quebec. In 2010, he founded a new land survey study in Quebec called Arguin et associés, in which he is still a shareholder.

    Since 2016, he has acquired two land surveyors firms in the Greater North Shore area of Montreal, Sansoucy Arpenteur-Géomètre, and Jeansonne Arpenteur-Géomètre, who are now members of the Legault Trudeau group.

    Always in constant technological evolution, he continues to add essential elements such as Scan3D, Lidar technology and construction surveying through his GÉOTI Experts Conseils inc. company

  • Marie-Michèle Parent
    Marie-Michèle Parent Land Surveyor

    Ms. Marie-Michèle Parent obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics in May 2013 and was admitted in the Quebec Order of Land Surveyors in October 2014.

    Employed by Legault et Trudeau arpenteurs-géomètres Inc. for the summer period, since June 2010, she became familiar with the basics of the profession. During the summers of 2010, 2011 and 2012, she perfected herself in calculations, drawings, land title searches and municipal regulations, dealing with many active files in the residential, industrial and commercial sectors.

    In the spring of 2013, she became a full-time employee at Legault et Trudeau arpenteurs-géomètres Inc. and did her training period. She perfected her methods, her land analysis and handled various projects, under the supervision of her supervisor, including the Ericsson Canada construction project in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

  • STÉPHANE JEANSONNE
    STÉPHANE JEANSONNE Land Surveyor

    Mr. Stéphane Jeansonne obtained his Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree (Geomatics (surveying)) in 1999. He became a member of the Order of Land Surveyors of Quebec in 2001.

    Since the end of his training period in 1998 with the Moulin, Gamache et Associés Firm, Stéphane Jeansonne has worked in the North Shore area as land surveyor.

    During these years, he participated in several mandates of the reform of the Cadastre du Quebec as head of the realty analysis department.

    In 2012, he founded his own land surveying firm named Jeansonne arpenteur-géomètre Inc., which was mandated for several major achievements, including the verification of the Turcot interchange and expertise for the Ministry of the Environment.
    Following which, he joined Legault Trudeau, arpenteurs-géomètres Inc. as a shareholder in 2016, to better serve his clients.

  • MARTIN JEANSONNE
    MARTIN JEANSONNE TECHNICIAN

    Mr. Martin Jeansonne graduated with a technical degree in Engineering in 1996. He later joined communications giant Bell Canada where he worked for fifteen years, particularly with customers.

    In 2012, he started his business and became co-owner and vice-president of Jeansonne Arpenteur-Géomètre. He was responsible for the company management and communications with customers for four years. In 2016, he joined the dynamic team of de Legault Trudeau Arpenteurs-Géomètres Inc. as a shareholder.

    His diverse experiences, his entrepreneurial spirit and his training in customer service and management, allow him to serve you to the best of your interests and meet your needs.

  • ALAIN SANSOUCY
    ALAIN SANSOUCY Land Surveyor. A.T.C.

    Mr. Alain Sansoucy obtained his Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree (Geomatics (surveying)) in 1986 and began his career as an employee with the Moulin-Gamache et Associés Firm. He became a member of the Quebec Order of Land Surveyors in 1987. In 1993, he obtained his Canada Lands Surveyor’s certificate.

    In 2002, Mr. Sansoucy founded Sansoucy et Associés Inc., a land surveying company working primarily in the North Shore area, including mandates in the Aboriginal Territory and Nunavut. The same year, he was appointed to the Complaints Committee of the Association of Canada Lands Surveyors, a position he still holds to this day, and from 2007 to 2014 he was a member of the Account Arbitration Committee of the Order of Surveyors of Quebec.

    He joined Legault Trudeau in 2016.
